How quickly do you reply?

Can I visit the Brushup studio?

Brushup is a home-based studio in Navsari, Gujarat, India and is not open for customer visits. We serve customers online across India.

Can I place a custom order through WhatsApp?

Yes — WhatsApp is the fastest way to discuss a custom piece. You can also use our custom order form and we'll follow up directly.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk gifting starts at 10 pieces. Share the product, quantity, budget and date on WhatsApp so we can confirm the design and production plan.

Do you ship internationally?

Standard ordering and shipping are for India. International requests are considered specially after we review the product, destination and requirements on WhatsApp.

I have a question about my order — what should I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out. For shipping damage, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
