Brushup Care Guide
Keep the artwork beautiful.
Every Brushup piece is painted by hand with fabric paint. Gentle care helps retain its shape, colour and brushwork for longer.
Wash only when necessary
Frequent washing can affect the shape of fabric accessories. Spot clean a small mark first and hand wash the full piece only when it genuinely needs it.
Hand wash gently
Use cool water and a little mild soap. Do not soak, scrub the painted area, wring, bleach or machine wash.
Help it retain its shape
Gently press out excess water without twisting. Reshape the piece while it is damp.
Dry in shade
Air dry naturally in a shaded, ventilated place. Do not tumble dry or leave the piece in prolonged direct sunlight.
Iron on the reverse
If ironing is needed, turn the fabric inside out or place the painted side face-down. Use a low-to-medium setting and never iron directly over the artwork.
