Shipping & Returns
01. Shipping Policy
As each Brushup piece is crafted and painted slowly, our inventory is small and shipping is highly managed. All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched from our studio.
- Domestic (India): Standard delivery typically takes 8–10 days depending on location.
- International: Orders usually arrive within 10-21 business days. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Custom Commissions: Please allow 3–5 weeks for lead time + shipping. You will receive an email update once the painting process is complete and the piece is sealed.
02. Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade, hand-painted original art pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The natural imperfections of a brushstroke are not considered defects; they are proof of authenticity.
However, if your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, or if there is a severe functional defect with the canvas or zippers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brushup.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review inquiries on a case-by-case basis and assist with a replacement or repair if appropriate.
03. Packaging
All Brushup pieces are dispatched wrapped in tissue paper and packed carefully to protect the painted surface during transit. Custom orders include a handwritten note on request — just mention it when placing your order.
04. Questions About Your Order
For any shipping queries, tracking updates, or order issues, reach us on WhatsApp with your order number. We respond within a few hours during business hours. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll assist on a case-by-case basis.
