01. Shipping Policy

Every Brushup piece is made to order and dispatched from our home studio in Navsari, Gujarat.

• Domestic (India): Standard individual pieces usually need 7–10 days to make before dispatch. Delivery time then depends on the destination.
• International: International work is considered only for special requests and requirements. Please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering so the product, destination, timing and shipping cost can be reviewed.
• Custom Commissions: Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production, plus shipping. You will receive an update once the painting process is complete and the piece is prepared for dispatch.

02. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, hand-painted original art pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The natural imperfections of a brushstroke are not considered defects; they are proof of authenticity.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, or if there is a severe functional defect with the canvas or zippers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brushupco24@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review inquiries on a case-by-case basis and assist with a replacement or repair if appropriate.

03. Packaging

All Brushup pieces are dispatched wrapped in tissue paper and packed carefully to protect the painted surface during transit. Custom orders include a handwritten note on request — just mention it when placing your order.

04. Questions About Your Order

For any shipping queries, tracking updates, or order issues, reach us on WhatsAppwith your order number. We respond within a few hours during business hours. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll assist on a case-by-case basis.
