Shipping & Returns

01. Shipping Policy

As each Brushup piece is crafted and painted slowly, our inventory is small and shipping is highly managed. All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from our studio.

• Domestic (India): Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• International: Orders usually arrive within 10-21 business days. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Custom Commissions: Please allow 3–5 weeks for lead time + shipping. You will receive an email update once the painting process is complete and the piece is sealed.

02. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, hand-painted original art pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The natural imperfections of a brushstroke are not considered defects; they are proof of authenticity.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, or if there is a severe functional defect with the canvas or zippers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brushup.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review inquiries on a case-by-case basis and assist with a replacement or repair if appropriate.
